Meet Bill Morrison
 |

I am a highly visible real estate professional in my community who is committed to results for each and every one of my valued clients. I achieve results by being completely dedicated to providing exemplary service, unquestionable integrity and complete openness.
I have lived in Livermore for over 26 years. During this time I have learned a great deal about the community, the services, and the schools. I have dedicated many hours to helping our youth grow into productive citizens within the community. For many years I was a member of the Board of Granada Little League as well as President for two years. During that time I guided the growth of the league from 300 members to almost 700 members. With the help of many valued volunteers and businesses, Granada Little League raised sufficient funds to renew the fields and provide excellent services for our youth. In addition to my Board commitment, I spent a number of years umpiring Little League and Big League games all over the Tri-Valley area. Although my knees say it was a million games, it was really only a few more than 2,500.
Beyond baseball, I have been a strong supporter of our youth soccer program. As a referee for over 10 years, I have officiated more than 3,000 youth matches. As you can tell, I believe our youth are the future of our community and deserve a safe place to grow, to learn, and to play.
As my children grew into High School, I expanded my global business travel gaining extensive domestic and international executive experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business development with growth oriented companies. This experience provided me the opportunity to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a $150+ million publicly traded multinational corporation. I have managed organizations and sold products in over 50 countries. As a result I have developed an appreciation for the many cultures we find right here within our own community.
As I looked for way to again become more involved in the community, I discovered one can not travel the globe and be effectively involved in local organizations and activities. At some point in my life I decided I had accumulated enough frequent flyer miles to last many years and began to focus on an exciting career in real estate. I now combine my passion for business challenges, community involvement, and the support of our youth into my everyday life right here in the Tri-Valley Area.
During my years successfully selling to the world's largest corporations in multiple cultures, I developed a clear understanding of the value of unquestionable integrity and complete openness. It is these beliefs I apply to every communication with every client, every time.
My education is also a strength for my clients. My technical education allows me to fully understand the construction and maintenance aspects of real estate. My MBA provides a solid base of understanding of marketing, sales, and finance. I share my knowledge openly with clients making sure everyone fully understands the many aspects of a real estate transaction. Over the years, the real estate industry has become an extremely complex business requiring a significant understanding of professional business practices. Contracts are now multiple pages, disclosure rules are imposing, and the selling process is even more demanding. Because of this increasing complexity and constant change, you need a professional who is readily available and who understands the industry. I then add the best of all worlds by being an expert in sales, marketing, and negotiations.
I am an active member of the University of Phoenix Graduate School of Business. Every year I teach classes in business, marketing, and sales to adults desiring to advance their careers. At every opportunity I apply my superior business skills for your benefit as well. I constantly research the market and property values and apply advanced technology in advertising and marketing to attract many potential buyers to every home.
Not only do I use my advanced degrees to gain an advantage for my clients, I continue to share this knowledge within the local business community. I am currently active in the community helping the Livermore Valley Education Foundation as necessary to develop a marketing program to attract new gifts to help fund our children's education in these trying times of budget deficits. I am also an active member of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce's Education Committee searching for other ways the business community can further educate those within the local area.
Although I am committed to results within the community, my time and energy is first focused on achieving results for my clients. Not only am I technically competent in the use of Internet tools to help clients locate or market your current home, I am an expert at good old fashioned personal relationship selling. I would be proud to apply my experience and 26 years of community knowledge and service to solving all of your real estate needs.
