When an investment client purchases a home with Bill as his agent, active property management is made available to the investor. Personal property management services to investment clients is available in the Tri-Valley, Tracy, Brentwood and Discovery Bay areas for single family homes, condominiums, town homes and smaller multi-family residences. When investors desire to execute 1031 exchanges, acquire additional property, or liquidate assets; Bill is available to make the transaction occur quickly and efficiently. As an active Realtor in the community, Bill remains constantly in touch with property values and continuously updates his clients concerning current and expected changes in the market which could impact the investor's buy, sell, or hold strategy.

My education is a strength for my investment clients. My technical education allows me to fully understand the construction and maintenance aspects of real estate to assist in the selection of the best properties for investment. I know what costs should be in both the purchase and management of a property. This knowledge allows me to handle maintenance, repair problems, and other issues quickly and efficiently.

My MBA provides a solid base of understanding of marketing, sales, and finance allowing me to effectively support the new investor or fully understand the needs of the sophisticated investor. At every opportunity I apply my superior business skills for my investors benefit. My extensive management experience enables me to properly prepare homes for quick rental and satisfaction of ownership for the investor.
